What we collect
When you book an assessment, join a class or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, contact details and your swimmer's age, stage and any notes you choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details to run lessons, send progress cards and term reminders, and reply to your messages. We never sell your information.
Photos in lessons
We never photograph children in lessons without written permission from a parent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@shallows.swim.
Lessons and payments
Terms are paid in advance. Give two weeks' notice before a new term to cancel. Part-terms aren't refunded, but we move lessons for illness wherever we can.
Shallows
